What’s Holding You Back?

1 John 4:18 TPT- Love never brings fear, for fear is always related to punishment. But love’s perfection drives the fear of punishment far from our hearts. Whoever walks constantly afraid of punishment has not reached love’s perfection.

Holy Spirit has been speaking to me in this season about the spirit of fear. On Tuesday night we dealt with the spirit of “fear of the Promise” on the Midnight Cry Prayer Call. If you missed that call (titled, It Will Be More Than You Ever Imagined), I encourage you to listen to the replay on our YouTube channel: MNC Prayer Call.

On Thursday night, the Lord gave deeper revelation on the spirit of fear and revealed Himself as Perfect Love. We pressed into that revelation and commanded the spirit of fear to be broken in the Name of Jesus Christ! There was a powerful demonstration of the Holy Spirit that followed, and yokes were broken and destroyed to the glory of God! We continue to receive testimonies from those who tuned in live and those who listened to the replay.

If you’ve been battling the spirit of fear in any form, this #MidnightCry recording is for you!

I look forward to hearing your testimonies of healing and deliverance in Jesus Name!

COV….ered!

On the #MidnightCry prayer call on Thursday night (03/12/20), we pressed into God concerning this COVID-19 virus, dubbed “a global pandemic.”

Listen to this prayer and join your heart and faith with ours concerning the posture and responsibility of the Bride of Christ in this season.

For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a SOUND mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Help Is On The Way!

I felt the spirit of prayer so strongly this week and there has been this burden… almost like a cry for help in the Spirit. We pressed into that on the #MidnightCry prayer call and Holy Spirit responded in such a powerful way.

May your heart be encouraged as you listen to this prayer. Know today that wherever you find yourself, or whatever you may be currently facing, help is on the way!

Guard Your Pearls!

I was reminded today of a dream I had almost three years ago where God spoke clearly to me. He said, “You are a pearl of great value.” Later on in the day, as I was ironing my clothes for church, He spoke again. This time He said “Do not cast your pearls before swine.”

You are a pearl of great value. Do not cast your pearls before swine.

Matthew 7:6 says – Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample/crush them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.

People of God, you are God’s pearls of great value! What you’ve done, or what’s been done to you, doesn’t dictate your value or your worth. Many times we allow our PAST, or even the challenging PRESENT, to make us feel LESS worthy. But, I hear the Lord saying even now that mistakes don’t diminish your value! You don’t DEPRECIATE in God! And because some of us don’t feel worthy and don’t feel valuable, we tend to PROSTITUTE ourselves (knowingly or unknowingly) for people’s acceptance and approval.

Prostitution: is defined as putting oneself or one’s talents to an UNWORTHY use or purpose, for the sake of PERSONAL or financial gain.

It’s not just about sex.

Some of us are giving away our pearls (i.e. our value and our worth) for attention, for connection, for advancement, for approval, or for acceptance. But, recognize today that SWINE cannot appreciate the value of pearls. The Bible says they’ll drag them in the mud. They’ll crush them. And in turn leave you devastated and torn.

The Bible also says we should not give what is holy (valuable and meaningful) to dogs (Matthew 7:6). Dogs eat their own vomit. Like SWINE, they have no idea of what is precious and priceless, or what is to be treasured or cherished.

If you’ve been reading this and any of this resonates with you, take heart! The Holy Spirit showed me some ways to identify when you’re dealing with this kind of spirit, so you’ll know how to address it in and through the Spirit.

The swine spirit:

1.Treats you like you have no value

Watch out for people in your life who are excessively critical, condescending, demeaning, and belittling towards you. EVERYTHING the swine spirit does is to DEVALUE.

2.Reminds you of past mistakes (to put you down).

It mocks your past. Be careful of those who bring up your past in a mocking way, meant to humiliate you.

3.Will always make you feel guilty and condemned.

Nothing makes you feel LESS VALUABLE and LESS worthy than feeling guilty and condemned about something. Remember the swine spirit is after your sense of VALUE and WORTH; that’s the target of its assignment.

4.Brings its cousin-spirit of shame with it (because, again, shame attacks your worth and value).

Whenever we feel ashamed, we tend to isolate (hide) ourselves and we often lack the confidence we need to do what God has called us to do. One assignment of this spirit is to try to derail your destiny and the fulfillment of your God-given assignment.

Recognize today that God has called us valuable and worthy. He has made us ACCEPTED in the Beloved (Ephesians 1:6). If you don’t feel valuable or worthy, or if you’re having a difficult time accepting your value and worth, you’re currently under attack. Don’t just sit back and accept it as “what is.” We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). It’s time to put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6) and fight back in the Spirit!

Matthew 7:6 says after you cast your pearls before swine, they will TEAR YOU TO PIECES. The swine spirit tears you down, people of God. That sounds exactly like the agenda of the enemy – to kill, steal, and destroy! (John 10:10). The enemy tries to destroy your assignment by coming after your self-esteem and your value and sense of worth.

It’s not that you “suffer from a low self-esteem”…. it’s a spirit, people of God. And spirits work through people who avail themselves to be used. This kind of spirit is after your VALUE as a PEARL in God’s Kingdom.

Don’t be distracted in this season. More than ever we need to pray for spiritual discernment and insight. Not everybody you’re connected to truly values you and all that you bring.

Some of us are so desperate for approval and acceptance that we’ll take it wherever we can get it. God is trying to hide you in this season, but you’re determined to be seen because you’re craving attention. Don’t expose yourself to swine. God has you hidden for your protection. The most valuable treasures are kept (hidden) in secret vaults.

Consider the process that deep sea divers go through to find genuine pearls. Pearls are not just sitting randomly on the ocean floor. Divers have to search diligently for oysters and then pry them open to get to the pearl inside. It’s a process. Don’t miss that!

Your process is valuable to God (pearls are formed from sand trapped in the oyster; from something that was once irritating and painful). More than ever, it’s the season to value the treasure that God has placed inside you (2 Corinthians 4:7) and the process it took to get to where you are.

Sometimes people don’t value you because they’re blinded to who you are and what you bring. Don’t be offended. If they can’t see your value/worth, or they don’t appreciate it, that means God has you hidden from them for your protection. You’re hidden because you’re valuable.

We even take authority right now over the swine spirit and every dog spirit in operation in our lives. We prophesy their exposure and their destruction in this season, in the Name of Jesus! We loose the Spirit of discernment in the hearts and minds of every believer of the Lord Jesus Christ. We call on Holy Spirit to lead and guide us into ALL Truth and to show us those things that are to come. We prophesy a refreshing coming to the Body of Christ even now! Every low self-esteem and feeling of low self-worth – every hurt from abuse, misuse, rejection, neglect, misunderstanding, condemnation, and abandonment – be unseated, uprooted, dismantled, and consumed by the fire of God, in Jesus Name! We decree and declare that as beloved children of God, we are no longer bound, but we are FREE INDEED!

Be encouraged, Pearls of great value!

Neisha
